If you purchase a plugin from SkillfulPlugins and are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date. No questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at amcoworkemail@gmail.com with the following information:
- Your name
- The email address used at checkout
- Your order number (found in your purchase receipt email)
- The plugin(s) you wish to return
We will process your refund within 5 business days of receiving your request. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Eligibility
Refunds are available for purchases made within the last 30 days. Refund requests made after 30 days of the purchase date will not be eligible, except in cases of technical issues that we are unable to resolve.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to decline refund requests where there is evidence of abuse of our refund policy, such as repeated purchases and refunds of the same product.
Licence Revocation
Upon issuing a refund, your licence key for the refunded product will be deactivated and you must cease use of the plugin.
